Established policies, budgets, and operating procedures for an upscale golf course community of 325 residential home sites, a 18-hole championship golf course with clubhouse, pool, and tennis. Assisted with drafting of architectural controls, formed board of directors, and worked closely with the North Carolina D.O.T. for street design and approval, I also set up and provided security for homeowners, the association, and contractors. Supervised a 9-member board with a budget exceeding $1,000,000.00 per year.

Managed an 11,000 sq.ft. fitness facility with 36 full and part time employees and a membership of 1800+ with gross revenues exceeding $3,000,000 per year. Business was sold at a significant profit. - Voted BEST HEALTH CLUB in the Triangle by Spectator Magazine 1989, 1990 & 1991.
